Website and resource information

The site and its resources provide general information about consulting services and operational topics. They are not advice for a particular legal, medical, financial, or technical situation. Assessments are informational self-reports, not audits, certifications, or guarantees about your environment.

Service requests and agreements

Submitting a contact form, completing an assessment, or discussing a project does not by itself create an engagement. A written agreement must define the services, deliverables, fees, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, schedule, confidentiality terms, access requirements, and any retest or follow-up work.

Velocity Ops is a trade name of Late Apex LLC. The written agreement identifies the contracting parties. Any change to scope or additional work must be agreed in writing before it is performed.

Testing requires written authorization

Nothing on this website authorizes security testing of a system, account, network, or service. Testing begins only after the relevant owner has authorized it in writing and the parties have agreed rules of engagement describing targets, timing, permitted methods, contacts, stop conditions, and handling of evidence.

The vulnerability disclosure page is a reporting channel, not permission to probe systems or access data. Work outside written scope requires additional written authorization.

Third-party services

The site may link to or embed scheduling, authentication, payment, or other services operated by third parties. Those services are governed by the terms and privacy notices provided by their operators. A link or embed does not make that provider part of this website's terms.
